Warranty Policy

Nimo 90-Days Money-back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to Nimo within 90 days of the date of original invoice for a refund (the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee (shipping charges are non-refundable)). See Nimo REFUND POLICY. An RMA# number is required for all returned items.


Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All of Nimo's products are guaranteed against defects for two years from the date of the invoice unless stated otherwise.

Nimo shall, at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period provided that Nimo has found them to be defective. Nimo reserves the right to replace defective merchandise with different brand merchandise during the warranty period. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, Nimo reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent item or offer an upgrade option. Any abuse, misuse, modification, or attempted modification of the product (except with prior written authorization from Nimo permitting such modification or attempted modification) shall void this warranty. Nimo reserves the right to charge fees for labor (minimum one hour) and diagnostics, shipping, handling, and insurance if it is determined by Nimo's technical staff that the product is not defective or the problem was caused by the user, software, change of configuration, or any modification of the product. Nimo will repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to Nimo's facility. During the third years of extended 3 years limited system warranty customer will need to pay for the return shipping and a deductible fee of $55 fee will be assessed. Back up your data before returning the Product and/or Accessories for repair or replacement.

Warranty Exclusions

Nimo’s warranty shall not apply, regardless of whether the Product is in-warranty, or out of warranty, in the following situations:

  • The Product is damaged by accident, abuse, catastrophe, improper use (including failure to heed instructions or warnings), improper maintenance, inadequate packaging, neglect, misuse, operator error;
  • The Product is damaged by external causes, including but not limited to, corrosion, falls, environmental factors (including temperature and humidity), power failure, faulty power supply, air conditioning, operator, data communications system failure or malfunction;
  • The Product is damaged due to alterations, changes, modifications, repair, or other services performed by a third party that is not authorized by Nimo;
  • Product accessory, apparatus, attachment, or devices that are not originally bundled with the Product, or is not provided by Nimo;
  • Damage to or loss of any data, program, or removable storage media;
  • Installation, relocation, or removal of Product or any accessories, apparatus, attachments or other devices;
  • Normal wear and tear, including without limitation, to a Product or Product accessory or part that is consumable or expendable;
  • A Product or part where you cannot provide the local warranty card, registration number, or purchase receipt issued by Nimo Online Store, or where the serial number or label has been defaced or removed;
  • Product that is not purchased from the Nimo Online Store, or was leased or loaned by a third party;
  • Damage caused by shipping carrier;
  • Hardware or software incompatibility issue(s);
  • Installation, removal, and set-up service charges.
